1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
1.1 Our Commitment
At Camspinchat, protecting children and preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is our absolute top priority. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or activity that involves or promotes the use of our platform by minors, or promotes sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
1.2 Legal Compliance
We are fully committed to complying with all applicable child safety laws and regulations worldwide, and we actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies and relevant child protection organizations when necessary. Our policies align with international standards for child protection and online safety.
2. Prohibited Activities
2.1 Use of Platform by Minors
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Camspinchat. Any attempts to falsify your age to access the platform are strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
2.2 Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)
Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation is absolutely prohibited. This includes sharing, creating, or distributing content that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form.
2.3 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Sharing, uploading, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and illegal. Violations will result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to law enforcement.
2.4 Solicitation of Minors
Soliciting or attempting to engage with minors for any purpose is strictly forbidden. This includes grooming behavior, inappropriate communication, or any attempts to establish contact with individuals under 18 years of age.
2.5 Misrepresenting Age or Identity
Falsifying age or identity to access the platform, enable minors to access the platform, or circumvent our age verification systems is strictly prohibited.
2.6 Content Featuring Minors
Minors appearing in live streams, videos, or any other type of content is strictly prohibited. This includes content featuring the sexual fetishization of minors, such as explicit discussions, sexualized role-playing, or the wearing of sexualized clothing.
2.7 Depictions of Child Exploitation
Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form, including artistic works like drawings or animations, are absolutely forbidden.
2.8 Harmful Acts Involving Minors
Threatening, encouraging, or committing physical violence against minors, psychological abuse, coercion, manipulation of minors, depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors, and promoting or showing neglect or trafficking of minors are all strictly prohibited.
3. Detection & Enforcement
3.1 Advanced Detection Systems
Camspinchat employs both sophisticated automated and manual systems to detect underage activity as well as Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA). These systems use advanced technology including artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify violations.
3.2 System Circumvention Prohibited
Attempting to circumvent, bypass, or interfere with our detection and safety systems is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
3.3 Immediate Enforcement
All violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in immediate account penalties including permanent account suspension, device bans, and reporting to appropriate authorities.
3.4 Law Enforcement Cooperation
Depending on the severity of the violation, Camspinchat will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies during investigations, providing all necessary evidence and information as required by law.
4. Reporting Mechanism
4.1 User Reporting
If you encounter any behavior or content that may involve the exploitation or endangerment of a child, please report it immediately through our in-app reporting tools or by contacting our Child Safety team directly.

4.3 NCMEC Reporting
Incidents involving minor abuse will be promptly reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by applicable laws and regulations.
4.4 Evidence Preservation
We preserve all evidence related to child safety violations and provide this information to law enforcement and regulatory authorities upon lawful request or as required by law.
5. Prohibited Users
5.1 Criminal Background Restrictions
Users convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using Camspinchat.
5.2 Certification Requirement
By creating an account and using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have not been convicted of any crimes against children or minors, that you are not required to register as a sex offender in any jurisdiction, and that you are not legally prohibited from accessing online services.

We educate users on child safety by prominently displaying this Child Safety Policy on our platform and making it easily accessible to all users.

For users in South America, Asia, Africa, and other locales, contact the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC) global hotline to be directed to appropriate local resources and reporting mechanisms.
